{"id":4314,"date":"2025-05-07T07:18:42","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T10:18:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maisoeste.com.br\/?p=4314"},"modified":"2025-05-07T07:18:43","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T10:18:43","slug":"prf-e-sefaz-identificam-fraude-fiscal-de-quase-r-80-mil-em-operacao-na-br-242","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maisoeste.com.br\/?p=4314","title":{"rendered":"PRF e SEFAZ identificam fraude fiscal de quase R$ 80 mil em opera\u00e7\u00e3o na BR-242"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Na manh\u00e3 do \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado (04), uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta entre a Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF) e a Secretaria da Fazenda do Estado da Bahia (SEFAZ-BA) resultou na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma fraude fiscal durante fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no km 226 da BR-242, no munic\u00edpio de Itaberaba (BA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por volta das 10h30, os agentes abordaram uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos de carga e solicitaram a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o do condutor, do ve\u00edculo e da carga transportada. Ap\u00f3s verifica\u00e7\u00e3o junto \u00e0 SEFAZ-BA, foi constatado que a empresa destinat\u00e1ria dos documentos fiscais apresentava ind\u00edcios de opera\u00e7\u00e3o fict\u00edcia, sem o devido pagamento da antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o total do imposto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante da constata\u00e7\u00e3o, os ve\u00edculos e a carga foram retidos e, posteriormente, liberados pela SEFAZ-BA para continuidade dos procedimentos administrativos.
