Nesta segunda-feira (6), um adolescente de 15 anos foi apreendido em desdobramento da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Otomano, suspeito de ser autor do ato infracional an\u00e1logo a homic\u00eddio que vitimou o seguran\u00e7a Alef Moura de Ara\u00fajo, de 29 anos. A apreens\u00e3o foi realizada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, em cumprimento a mandado judicial, no munic\u00edpio de Lu\u00eds Eduardo Magalh\u00e3es, no Oeste do estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O crime ocorreu em 17 de abril de 2025, quando a v\u00edtima foi atingida por disparos de arma de fogo em frente a uma escola, no bairro Santa Cruz. A a\u00e7\u00e3o de apreens\u00e3o desta segunda-feira d\u00e1 continuidade \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As apura\u00e7\u00f5es indicaram que o crime foi encomendado e motivado por desentendimentos pessoais. O mandante do homic\u00eddio, detido desde junho deste ano, foi identificado como o respons\u00e1vel por contratar um intermedi\u00e1rio, de 36 anos, e o adolescente apreendido, que efetuou os disparos. O intermedi\u00e1rio foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil em 28 de setembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, tanto o intermedi\u00e1rio quanto o adolescente tinham a promessa de receber um valor em dinheiro para executar o crime. As dilig\u00eancias conduzidas pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, que inclu\u00edram oitivas e an\u00e1lise de c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a e dados telem\u00e1ticos, permitiram a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os envolvidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O adolescente apreendido foi encaminhado para as provid\u00eancias legais cab\u00edveis, devendo responder pelo ato infracional na Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude. As equipes da Delegacia Territorial de Lu\u00eds Eduardo Magalh\u00e3es e do N\u00facleo de Homic\u00eddios continuam atuando na conclus\u00e3o dos procedimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
